song4u.us provides a platform for creating personalized, AI-generated songs for gifts and personal use. Users submit personal stories and details, and our system generates a custom song, along with optional video and artwork, based on the selected package.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Orders and Payment
- Pricing: Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Current tiers include Classic ($5.99), Signature ($14.90), and Ultimate ($29.90).
- Payment: We accept payments via third-party processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information.
- Preview: We offer a free 15-second preview of your song before payment. The full song is only delivered after payment is confirmed.
- Refunds: Because our products are custom-made and delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once the full song has been delivered, except in cases of technical failure on our part. If you experience an issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
4. User Content and Responsibilities
- Story Content: You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share any personal information about third parties (e.g., the gift recipient).
- Prohibited Content: You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these Terms.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the story content you provide. However, by submitting it, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of creating your song.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your Song: Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the generated song, video, and artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share it on social media and with friends and family.
- Commercial Use: Commercial use is not permitted unless you obtain a separate commercial license from us.
- Our Platform: All content, logos, and technology on song4u.us are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our songs are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, AI outputs may vary. We do not guarantee that any song will be unique, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. The song is not intended to infringe on any third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, song4u.us and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
